QSL Received 8 May

I received a very nice QSL and verification letter from CBA 1070 Moncton today, 8 May.

1070: QSL for CBA Moncton (CBC 1), received 8 May for broadcast on 6 April 2008. Front says CBC Moncton and CBC Radio 1. Back is partial data-time not mentioned. CBA written on back. 50kw. Signed on 29 April 2008 by Laurie Ginn.

The letter included with the QSL also contained p/d information. (The power was not mentioned). The time was 8-10pm AST/2300-0100 UTC (actually I only listened to the first hour of Randy Bachman's Vinyl tap at 2300-2400). This was also signed by Ms. Ginn, who mentioned that it was the last broadcast.

She also hoped that the letter and card would make a nice addition to my collection-I must agree.

ETHIOPIA: Radio Ethiopia 7110 at 0325 in Amharic w/dance mx. Moderate.

SUDAN: Republic of Sudan Radio, 7200 at 0310+ in Arabic. Mentions of "Sudaniyya" and Omdurman. Moderate.

92.7: CJSP, Leamington, ON at 1818 w/c&w. Fair signal.
